Avocado in its most appealing form. A dip that simply tastes good with everything!

Hardly any dip can impress with so much flavor and creaminess in such a short time as guacamole. Whether as a dip for nachos and raw vegetables, as a spread or as a filling for wraps - guacamole simply always fits! The avocado also has a lot to offer in terms of nutrients and vitamins: In addition to B vitamins, vitamin K, potassium, copper, vitamin E and vitamin C, the fruit (which, by the way, is a berry from a botanical perspective) also provides vitamin K, folic acid, fiber and antioxidants.
The important thing is to hit that short window of time when the avocado is no longer rock hard and sour, but also not yet brown and inedible. Not an easy task....I usually buy the avocados while they are still firm and then check their ripeness every day. So if you're lucky enough to have a perfect one in the kitchen, grab it and treat yourself with a spoonful of guacamole ;)
For one serving you need:
1 avocado
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 chili pepper
1 small clove of garlic
salt, pepper
Preparation:
Scoop the pulp of the avocado out of the skin and mash it well with a fork.
Peel the garlic and press it through the garlic press.
Wash the chili, remove the seeds and chop finely.
Squeeze the lemon.
Add everything to the mashed avocado, mix well and season the guacamole with salt and pepper.
Enjoy!
