Vegan Chocolate Cake Baked Oats

The dream of all those with a sweet tooth comes true: chocolate cake for breakfast on a healthy diet!

Speaking of healthy cakes for breakfast of course we can not miss the classic: Chocolate cake! With the baked oats version, the sweet temptation doesn't need any flour or refined sugar and is still indescribably chocolaty. Whether as breakfast, dessert or a little snack in between - these chocolate oats just always go!
For one serving you need:
For the chocolate cake:
120g rolled oats
2 tsp. nutmeal of your choice
200ml unsweetened vegetable milk of choice
2 tsp. baking cocoa
1 tsp. ground vanilla
1 - 2 tbsp. date syrup (or any other sweetener)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pinch of salt
some chopped dark chocolate (optional)
Also:
2 ovenproof molds (approx. 260ml capacity)
some oil for greasing
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) top and bottom heat.
Put 200ml vegetable milk, 1 pinch of vanilla, 1 pinch of salt, 2 tsp. nutmeal, 2 tsp. cocoa, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 - 2 tbsp. date syrup together with 120g oat flakes in a blender and puree everything to a creamy mass.
Grease two small ovenproof molds and fill them with the cake mixture.
Garnish the oats with chopped dark chocolate.
Then bake the Chocolate Cake Oats for about 20 minutes.
