Tiramisu for breakfast? Oh yes! And even in a healthy way!

Tiramisu for breakfast? If that doesn't sound tempting. With this recipe, you can turn your morning oatmeal into the classic Italian dessert - and without a guilty conscience. That's because you've got the full power of oatmeal paired with creamy soy yogurt and tart cocoa powder. Espresso provides the right caffeine kick in the morning.
So bring the Dolce Vita to your breakfast table!
For 2 servings you need:
For the oatmeal layer:
100g oats
2 espressi
200ml plant milk
Sweetener of your choice
For the cream layer:
100g plant yogurt
100g Skyr, vegan
Sweetener of your choice
1 pinch of vanilla (optional)
For sprinkling:
Baking cocoa
Preparation:
Cook two strong espressi.
Mix the oats (100g) with 200ml of vegetable milk and the espressi. Sweeten to taste.
Divide the oatmeal mixture evenly between two glasses with screw tops.
In a separate bowl, mix the skyr (100g) with soy yogurt (100g), a pinch of vanilla and sweetener of your choice.
Then divide the cream between the two glasses as well.
Now the oats need to chill in the refrigerator (preferably overnight).
The next day you can sprinkle the Tiramisu Oats with cocoa powder and then enjoy.
Enjoy!
